1. Use fuel and smoke reducers. Fix the fuel and smoke reducer vertically in the front oil circuit of the fuel injection pump and connect it to a DC power supply. When used on diesel engines, it significantly reduces smoke. It can reduce environmental pollution and save about 5% fuel.
2. Install the inertia supercharger. Installing an inertia turbocharger on a diesel engine can generally increase power by 15% and reduce fuel consumption by 3% to 5%.
3. Wrap toilet paper around the filter element. Wrap 2-3 layers of highly absorbent toilet paper around the diesel engine oil filter element to improve fuel cleanliness and reduce fuel consumption.
4. Add foam plastic air filter element. A layer of 8-20mm thick foam plastic with good permeability is added to the two filter screens of the air filter to improve the filtering effect, maintain the normal combustion of oil and reduce oil consumption.
5. Return oil pipe diversion. Connecting the return oil pipe of the diesel engine to the high-pressure oil pipe allows the return oil to enter the low-pressure oil circuit, ensuring normal combustion and significant fuel saving effect.
